  • Music therapy is an evidence-based healthcare service in which board-certified music therapists use music intentionally to support emotional, social, cognitive, communication, and developmental goals.

  • We work with people of all ages, as well as families and caregivers, supporting needs including autism, ADHD, IDD/DD, mental health concerns, and complex medical conditions.

    We are fully inclusive, including individuals with high support needs (such as non-speaking clients), are neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQ+ affirming.

  • Sessions are individualized and strengths-based.


    Depending on the client, sessions may include music-making, singing, songwriting, movement, listening, or reflection.

  • Individual sessions are $125. We have a multi-tiered sliding scale available for those who qualify.


    We also support out-of-network insurance reimbursement and alternative funding when applicable.

  • Yes. We work with both neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals, as well as families and caregivers.
